- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years design experience and portfolio; familiarity working in-house at companies/organizations preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
- Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with workspace software like Hive, Asana, or Slack.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Must possess tact and diplomacy, with an ability to provide, receive, and respond professionally to feedback.

- College degree in graphic design or similar practical experience
- Experienced with and knowledge of AI tools like Krea, Invoke, Kling, Weavy and Figma are a must
