 Social Justice Topics Income Inequality Climate Change Food Insecurity Cybersecurity Threats Racism Education Access Mental Health Improvements  I feel like the social justice topic I will choose for my design is Income Inequality. This is somethings that I've had issues with and have had discussions with my brother about. We have talked about the wealth disparity as the increasing inflation and how things like wages don't help all that much. I think I can bring up some of the downsides as well as showcasing the issues with it through the form of images any writing. 

Editorial Design #1 The video talks about editorial design and the many aspects of it. For example it talks about the importance of grids in order to give the piece structure. He compares it to the way buildings are structured. This ensures consistency when it comes to things like images and hierarchy and makes it look more organized rather than just a mess. This will help viewers better understand what the editorial design is about rather than overloading their brains. He also talks about how you'd want the longest amount of engagement with editorial design through pauses or images that help them rest. Grids can be used in all sorts of ways but they have to be able to be understood by the viewer and not just randomly places information.   Communication Design Communication Design is the creation of visuals that spread messages and meanings in new and relevant ways. It aims to make an impression on the view through the message that the design is trying to convey.  Formats & Channels of Communication Design In communication design there are multiple channels that include; Graphic Design which involves the creation of graphics for marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and websites and choosing symbols, images, words, fonts, and layouts in order to accurately convey a message.  Advertising which involves promoting products or messages through print, digital, or video ads in order to communicate to an audience.  Visual Identity which refers to fine arts and applied arts often containing symbols, logos, shapes, and other visual elements to make it easy to recognize an image.
